Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized items cannot be returned. Discounted “bumps and dents” items cannot be returned as they are sold as is. Downloads cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a photo of damage to the item. No refunds will be processed without proof of damage.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. All items are shipped with tracking, larger items like tumblers are shipped with Priority Mail which includes $100 insurance.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If an item has minor defects, such as a scratch or small chip, that does not interfere with the use of the product.
- Missing item – Unfortunately things happen and a straw may not be included, or a few stickers are missing. In this case, we are happy to send out the missing items asap at no cost or refund the cost of those missing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds can be in form of credit to our store, another item of same value, or credit back to your form of payment.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the gift recipient, the recipient must show proof of the damage. A credit to our store will be issued when the item is returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
