Depending on where you live, summer weather may have already started! Here in Texas its been in the 80’s for weeks already! It’s time to break out the beach and camping stuff! So let’s talk about some great Amazon items to check out! I am an associate, so if you purchase any of these items below, I may get a small commission at zero cost to you.
When going to the beach, the first thing packed is usually towels or a sheet to lay out on. This beach mat is large enough for up to 7 people, and is waterproof! It rolls up into a carry bag for easy travel and storage.
With young kids, or people like myself that burn very easy, beach tents come in very handy! This tent can fit 4 people, or several kids. Set up a few chairs, or a large play area, and relax at the beach without worry of sunburn!
Want to keep your drinks, phone, small items, or glasses out of the sand? These cup holders sit firmly in the sand to prevent drinks from spilling, or sand getting in your phone.
Where to sit and relax? In this great low seat beach chair! With 4 recline positions, a bar for towels, and a side pocket with drink holder, you will be comfortable no matter where you are!
The rest of your beach gear depends on who is with you, and your personal preferences. Of course some toys if kids are coming including the good ole buckets and shovels for sand castles, maybe a good book or book reader, or a portable grill (if your beach allows it).
Camping supplies depend if you have an RV or a tent. Most items can be used for either, but we camp in our Mallard camper so I will stick with what I know for now!
Starting with the kitchen, we got a decent cast iron pan. They are great for camping, as they work in the oven, stove top, grill or campfire.
We also chose a camp griddle for making breakfast. Fits over two burners, or we use it over our portable grill.
For the bathroom, these drop ins are a must! Also remember if you are new to RV camping, you must use RV toilet paper!
Our outdoor rug comes in very handy when my boys want to sit and play with their toys. It’s also nice to be able to walk around barefoot or in socks, and not worry about tracking dirt back into the camper.
Camping chairs can be basic, or extravagant. We love to lounge around so we prefer the oversized chairs.
Although these chairs are great as well!
We chose a table top grill, and then purchased a table… But I believe we will be upgrading to this grill shortly! It’s easier to have the grill already on a stand, and use your table for prep or eat at.
Everyone loves s’mores! These telescoping roasting sticks make s’mores or cooking sausage and hot dogs safe and easy!
And…everyone has trash! Keep your campsite clean with this pop up trash can! It comes with stakes to keep it from blowing away!
A toiletry bag comes in handy when packing for your trip. Keep all your shower and bathroom supplies organized, while also prevent spills in your luggage!
Games! Keep the kids (and adults) entertained with a few games!
I will end with safety! Lifestraw filters 99.99% of bacteria and parasites to provide clean and safe drinking water. Also a first aid kit is a must!
